I had some stuff that had to be dealt with. It took three colonoscopies. Since they were done by a specialist with some special machine, each one was $10K. ($10K x 3 = $30K) We have good insurance, so it’s not a disaster, but for a lot of folks it is. For a lot of folks, it’s a death sentence. Am I better than those who can’t afford to pay? Do I deserve to live while they die?
