That some wonder
may yet be found,
open the door
and look all around –
It’s not too dark.

That some peace
may yet be won,
break all your knives
and throw away the gun.
Let the children live.

That some love
may yet glow warm,
spend your days in kindness
and do no live thing harm.
Let our souls mend.

    • Thanks, that’s a new poem which pleases me. The photo was just fourteen accidents started by shooting straight into the sun. Then there’s some Photoshop-like stuff going on with it. It’s almost a drawing. Most would have just thrown it away, but I kept seeing the suggestion of a story in it.
